Synofex provides the following services:

• Ready-made AI chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, websites, and social media
• Custom AI automation development and workflow engineering
• CRM integrations, API connections, and backend automation
• AI strategy consulting and digital transformation services
• Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support packages

3. Account Registration

Some services may require you to create an account or provide contact information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders & Project Engagements

All service orders are subject to the following:

• Orders must be confirmed via our website, official email, or signed quotation
• A minimum advance payment is required before project development begins (see Section 5)
• Synofex reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion
• Custom project timelines are provided in writing upon order confirmation
• All project deliverables are clearly defined in the project scope document

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed on our website at www.synofex.com/pricing and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Ready-made AI products: Full payment required before delivery
• Custom AI development: Minimum 30% advance payment to begin; remaining balance due upon delivery
• Monthly subscriptions: Billed at the start of each billing cycle

5.3 Accepted Payment Methods

• International: Stripe, PayPal, Paddle
• Bank Transfer
• Local Pakistan: Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails or is disputed without valid reason, Synofex reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access until payment is resolved.

7. Delivery & Timelines

• Ready-made AI chatbots: Delivered within 24-48 hours
• Custom AI projects: Timeline agreed upon in writing
• Client delays do not constitute breach

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and access
• Comply with privacy and copyright laws
• Use services lawfully
• No reverse-engineering or resale
• No competing product development

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, source code, and AI workflows remain the property of Synofex until full payment is received.

10. Confidentiality

All shared information remains confidential unless required by law.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided with reasonable care. No guarantees for third-party platforms or results.

12. Limitation of Liability

Synofex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limited to amount paid.

13. Third-Party Services

Synofex is not responsible for third-party service changes or downtime.

14. Maintenance & Support

• 3 months free maintenance
• Support via hello@synofex.com

15. Termination

Services may be terminated under violation, non-payment, or misuse.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by laws of Pakistan. Disputes handled in Sindh courts.
