1. Services Overview

Synofex provides AI automation, chatbot development, and digital integration solutions. Services may include ready-made chatbots, custom AI development, workflow automation, and integration with third-party systems such as CRMs, APIs, or payment platforms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, purchasing any product, or engaging Synofex for a project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Project Orders & Payment

• All orders must be confirmed through our website, official email, or signed quotation.
• Custom development projects require a minimum 10% advance payment to begin work.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.
• Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or approved local methods.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of delivered files or licenses.

4. Refunds & Revisions

• Refunds are available within 7 days for non-working ready-made products (technical issues only).
• Custom AI projects are non-refundable once development has started.
• Synofex may offer revisions or technical fixes free of charge during the agreed maintenance period.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, credentials, or access required for development or integration.
• Ensure that data provided for AI training complies with privacy and copyright laws.
• Use Synofex products only for lawful business purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, source code, and AI workflows created by Synofex remain the intellectual property of Synofex until full payment is received. After completion and payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered product for their business.

7. Confidentiality

Synofex respects your business data and confidentiality. Any information shared during a project or consultation is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Synofex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

Some Synofex automations and AI agents integrate with third-party tools (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, Google, WhatsApp, or Telegram). Synofex is not responsible for any downtime, pricing changes, or policy updates from these external platforms.

10. Maintenance & Support

• Ready-made AI products include up to 3 months of free maintenance.
• Custom automation projects include maintenance as per contract.
• Extended support plans can be purchased separately.

11. Termination

Synofex reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

12. Modifications to Terms

Synofex may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the latest version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable international trade regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
