Technical documentation for understanding how Synofex AI automations, chatbots, and backend infrastructure work together to power business automation at scale.

1. System Overview

Synofex builds and manages custom AI automation systems using n8n or Make.com as the backbone for logic and data orchestration. Each automation is connected to a managed AI model that handles natural conversation, logic routing, and data transformation.

  • Frontend: Chatbot widget or embedded interface on client’s website.
  • Middleware: Synofex AI API for chat routing, intent detection, and message handling.
  • Backend: n8n / Make.com workflows for executing automation tasks (emails, CRM updates, reports, etc.).
  • Hosting: Fully managed by Synofex on secure cloud infrastructure.
Example use: A customer messages your website chatbot → Synofex AI processes it → workflow triggers in n8n → data is sent to your CRM or Google Sheet in real time.

2. AI Workflow Data Flow

Each message or event flows through a secure pipeline managed by Synofex.

Our infrastructure supports unlimited executions with up to 5 concurrent workflow runs at a time for every managed client instance.

3. Core Components

3.1 Chat Interface

Lightweight widget (HTML + JS) integrated into your website. Communicates with Synofex AI API using secure POST requests.

3.2 AI Brain

Powered by GPT-based engines (OpenAI / Anthropic), trained with your business logic, FAQs, and workflows. The brain processes context and sends structured data to n8n or Make.com.

3.3 Automation Engine (n8n / Make)

This handles the execution layer: from sending emails to integrating with CRMs or databases. Synofex configures and manages this environment per client.

3.4 Synofex Cloud Server

Dedicated server per client instance — handles uptime, scaling, SSL, and backup routines. Managed fully by our DevOps team.

4. Deployment & Setup

Every project follows a structured 3-phase deployment:

  1. Phase 1 — Setup: Deploy AI API, chat widget, and connect workflow backend (2–3 days).
  2. Phase 2 — Integration: Connect external tools (CRM, Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp APIs, etc.).
  3. Phase 3 — Testing & Launch: Run simulations, finalize flows, and enable production access.

We provide full access to n8n or Make.com dashboards and maintain backend servers for optimal reliability.

5. Maintenance & Monitoring

All managed systems include continuous uptime monitoring, performance tracking, and workflow debugging. Clients can view execution logs or request performance reports anytime.

6. Pricing & Access Model

Each client instance includes:

  • Unlimited executions 4/sec (no throttling)
  • Managed server and updates

Monthly Management & Hosting: $150 USD per month

Includes full n8n or Make.com access — you own the workflows, Synofex manages everything else.

7. Security & Compliance

All client data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each instance runs in isolation with dedicated database and API keys.
