Commonly 40% (kickoff), 40% (beta), 20% (handoff). For retainers, billing is monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
? Who owns the code and IP?
Upon final payment, you own the code, design assets, and IP. We can transfer repos, cloud accounts, and credentials during handoff.
